Xenophobia: Oshiomhole Asks FG To Nationalise South African-Owned Businesses

Adam Oshiomhole talks tough on the Killing of Nigerians in South Africa, without stating on whose behalf he speaks.
The term, "government", as used continuously by Comrade Adam Osiomhole in the speech is not defined, or is still being defined. It left views wondering on whose behalf the Chairman made this bold statement. Is he speaking as the Chairman of APC? Or is he echoing the sentiments of Nigerians at home and abroad? Given my little understanding of the English Language, Comrade Adam Oshiomhole is qualifying "the government" as a "third person" or an institution of which he is not a part of. It is bold and it tough. Unfortunately, it is not the opinion of the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. I can assure you that the Presidency is not privy to it. I stand by this conclusion until I am proven otherwise.
Lastly, in the past few days, I have written copiously about a dysfunctional administration and a President or Emperor suffering from massive doses of disconnect. This is is a good example. This is a speech befitting the office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, delivered to the Nigerian people with the Vice President and the Minister of Foreign Affairs standing by his side. Not President Buhari. We live in a different world, where the only access to him is at the whims and caprices of the cabal.
A few days ago, you saw the President, the Vice President and the Minister of Foreign Affairs at a round table meeting. Not good enough. A time like this, the President should have summoned his Vice President, Political Adviser, Foreign Policy Adviser (if he has one), Adam Oshiomole, Governor Fayemi, Governor El-Rufai, the Director of NIIA, and one or two reputed Professors of Internation Relation from any of our Universities as consultants for an emergency meeting to deliberate on the matter. You and I know that did not happen. So, Comrade Adam Oshiomhole wasted no time and went public to vent his spleen.
Anyway, much as I would want to applaud the Comrade for this bold statement, I will continue to resent him and continue to hold him in contempt for what he did to Pilgrim Baptist Grammar School (PBGS) Ewohimi - my alma mater. However, when a sound policy statement emanates from his office or at his behest, I will not hesitate to endorse it. It was in a similar pattern that I enthusiastically came to his support when he came up with the Direct Primary Model about two years ago. As a matter of fact, I am the Trademark owner of the Direct Primary Model. He only developed the name. I defined and explained the process in my protest piece written following the step-down of Senator Babafemi Ojudu in the Ado Ekiti Gubernatorial Primaries.
