Watching this video, can you, in clear conscience, reconcile what you see with the provisions of section 41 (1) of the 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended, in light of the ongoing crisis between local farmers and Fulani Killer-herder throughout the Middle Belt and the Southern region of Nigeria? What you are watching is not an isolated occurrence. It is the emerging trend in the life of an average farmer in the Nigerian countryside, the unavoidable, but painful reality. The manifestation of the absurdity of Miyetti Allah and the purposeful misinterpretation of the section to (1) override the rights of local landowners, (2) rationalize irrationality, and (3) legalize illegality.

The Abuse of Section 14 (1) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
I am not sharing this video or writing this story to showcase the atrocities, vileness, and heartlessness of the Fulani Herders per se, but to counter the heresy of MACBAN/Miyetti Allah and the extremism of the Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, to wit, the killer-herders have unqualified rights to graze their herds anywhere in Nigeria, by the special grace of section 41 (1) of the 1999 constitution.
Section 14 (1) does not give the right to trespass into the private properties of other Nigerians. Section 14 (1) does not give you the right to forcefully enter and destroy the cultivated farmlands of other Nigerians. Section 1 (1) does not empower you to invade the local communities of others, with the intent to kill, dispossess and assume permanent occupation of the now-vacated land by the original owners. That you have the right to settle anywhere in Nigeria is not an unqualified right; it is subject to existing rules and regulations that protect the rights of other Nigerians, especially the original landowners.
Watching the video and the absence of respite in the foreseeable future, you now know why Sunday Igboho and Nnamdi Kanu have become celebrated heroes in their local communities. They feel the pains and they see the pains, the anguish, and the helplessness of their people in the face of the unprovoked attacks by the trespassing Fulani Herders. They, like the millions of us at home and abroad, witnessed the disappearing act of the federal government and the lackadaisical instincts of those entrusted with the power of law enforcement. They saw a void, begging and pleading for a Moses. And they took a step of faith. And the rest is now history.
The video speaks volumes. It manifests the indiscriminate destructive mindset of the herders. Thus, proving the genesis of the crisis beyond a reasonable doubt, and putting a lie to the ethnic labeling accusation. If you were not destroying private farmlands and raping and killing the victims who are protesting your mayhem, no one would have labelled you killer herders and unwanted.
