Illuminations of Naivety.
The earlier the Minister of States for Petroleum Resources secures the services of a Lawyer (not just a Lawyer, but one with a background in Energy Law), the better for him and his ministry. You don't negotiate in a vacuum. You negotiate within the parameters of the contractual framework structured by the parties. That framework rules. He appears so defeatist, and I can say without any equivocation that he doesn't have a good understanding of the transaction in question. The terms of the contract are not in dispute, why canvasing a contrary approach to financial settlement?
