Mr. President, as an admirer of the late Chief Obafemi Awolowo that you are, I want to remind you of what the late sage said of the presidency during the time of President Shehu Shagari. 'It is not becoming the President of a country that matters most, but the use made of it'. Mr. President, you have our mandate because the Nigerian people voted for you overwhelmingly in the just-concluded election. Now that you are in charge, make good use of the opportunity and do not wait for a second chance. First, be wary of the counsel of those closest to you, because oftentimes they tell you what you want to hear. Second, remember that a normal academic year runs from September to May or June of the following year. Please do not forget that, Mr. President. Finally, remember that private investment contributes immensely to the growth of an economy. Thus, security and sustainable infrastructural facilities must be a priority. Mr. President, what we want from you now is to start the process of redevelopment of our infrastructure, and the ever-ready, patriotic, dedicated, industrious, and entrepreneurial Nigerians will follow you without hesitation. Hey, have fun, go ahead and kick some butt, because there won’t be another chance. Good luck.
