The attached article was first published about a year ago, on March 06, 2012. It is reproduced, because some of the major issues that we addressed in the article, like oil blocs, mega merger of some of the smaller political parties, containing Boko Haram insugecy, and convening Sovereign National Conference, not only are they still relevant, they have, unexpectedly, taken the central stage in our political discourse as never before.
