This is more like a macabre dance. It seems as if Chief Adegboyega Awomolo (SAN) is on trial. This is a delay tactics; litigating whether Chief Adegboyega Awomolo is fit to try the case or not, is a distraction. If he is fit, let the case proceed to trail, unless of course, there is a conflict of interest.
