These are Federal Institutions. I think what they should have done - the affected Institutions - is proceed immediately to a Higher Court and seek Temporary Injunction, prohibiting or retraining the Edo State Government from executing it shut-down order, pending the resolution of the dispute, in order to avert irreparable harm. The closure is anachronistic and economically stupid.
