Pa. Voter ID Case, Political Campaigns Press On - ABC News

Truth is, there is no voter fraud in the State of Pennsylvania. The voter ID requirement law is calculated to neutralize the Voting Rights Act of 1965. As expected by the authors of the law, the voters mostly affected by the new law are African American and the elderly who do not have drivers license or any form of official or government issued ID. The trouble is, about 99.9% of the people so affected are President Obama's supporters. In a nutshell, the law is not meant to curb any real or imagined voters fraud, but contrived by Republicans in Pennsylvania to frustrate President Obama's supporters from exercising their inherent right to vote. This is not the end of the road, Democrats and the affected voters still have about eighty days to the November Presidential election, and they should do everything possible to ensure that they acquire the required ID. Republicans want to defeat President Obama by any means possible. Democrats are made of sterner stuff and no one should take the decision of the court as a finality. We will triumph. The strategizing has just begun. It's war of words.
